1. What we provide

The Business AI Audit is a paid consultation delivered online. It consists of a 45 minutes video call, a demonstration of Nutech AI on a demo dataset, and a written summary within two working days. Nutech AI itself is in early access and is not sold as a self-serve product through this website.

2. Booking and payment

• The fee is ₹1,499 per audit, in Indian rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
• Payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and we have agreed a time with you by email.

3. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds are covered in our cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information when booking.
• Do not share passwords, API keys or other credentials during the call or in the booking form.
• Join at the agreed time. If you cannot, follow the rescheduling steps in the refund policy.

5. What the audit is, and is not

The audit gives you our professional opinion on where AI could help your business operations. It is advice and a demonstration. We do not guarantee any particular business result, saving or outcome from acting on it. Anything shown during the demonstration uses fictional data and is not a statement about your business.

6. Confidentiality

We treat what you tell us about your business as confidential and use it only to prepare and deliver your audit and to improve our products in a way that does not identify you, unless you agree otherwise. See our privacy policy.

7. Intellectual property

The website, Nutech AI, the demo and our written materials belong to NU Tech Works. The written summary prepared for you is yours to use inside your business. You may not copy or resell our materials or demo.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with the audit is limited to the fee you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost data.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you book applies to that booking. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
