NU Tech Works

Privacy policy

Last updated 8 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information NU Tech Works collects through nutechworks.tech, why, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

  • Booking details you give us when you pay and book: name, email address, phone number, company, the systems you use and a description of your problem.
  • Payment information. Payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of the payment, its amount and a payment ID. We do not see or store your card number, UPI ID or bank credentials.
  • Messages you send us by email.
  • Basic usage data about how the website is used, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, collected through our hosting and analytics tools.

2. How we use it

  • To confirm, schedule and deliver your audit and send you the written summary.
  • To process payments, refunds and keep financial records.
  • To answer your questions and provide support.
  • To understand how the website is used and to improve it and Nutech AI.
  • To meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job: Razorpay for payments, email, calendar and video-call tools to schedule and hold your call, and hosting and analytics providers for the website. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

4. Business information you share with us

We do not ask for access to your ERP or other systems as part of the audit. Please do not send passwords, API keys or customer personal data. If you describe your business or show us examples, we use that only to prepare your audit.

5. How long we keep it

We keep booking details and your written summary for as long as needed to serve you and answer follow-up questions. Payment and invoice records are kept for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law. After that we delete or anonymise them.

6. Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent where we rely on it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some records where the law requires.

7. Cookies and analytics

The website uses only the cookies or similar storage needed for it to work, and may use privacy-focused analytics to count visits. Razorpay may set its own cookies on its checkout page. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This website and the audit are for businesses and are not directed at children.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Questions or requests: [email protected].
